Hey, just got an 06 tl w/o nav. i got a really good deal on this one or else i would have gotten a nav model.

anyone in chicago area that has experience in doing this? ive seen the nav conversion threads from 5 years ago, but those guys are in CA.

Or now that the warranty is gone, does the dealer do it for a reasonable price?

I personally don't know how to do it, but I have an 07 TL with navi and rarely use it. To update the system costs way too much and I prefer google maps on my phone anyway. But if you're adamant about a navi system, I'd go to Abt in Glenview. Just got my remote starter and security system done there and they did a great job. Highly recommended.
