As the title says I do long distance running getting ready for my towns long distance 10k run they will have in September.

I live in South Holland Il, right off of 80-94, so if you live near Hammond/Highland/Munster Indiana I ain't far from you either.

If so just reply, so far I have been running for a month straight now and trying to stay away from the smokes. So like I said a partner will make it easier to run.

So far I can run about 3 miles straight no issues its anything after that bt my body remembers how it used to run in high school and military, but my lungs are douchebags.

I just run around my neighborhood park. It's called Veterans Memorial Park in South Holland its pretty nice but lately its been too hot to run for the time being.
