comptech header to stock cat

comptech header to stock cat

will comptech headers bolt up to the stock cat on the 2nd tls. will this effect gains? i like the sound of my tsuedo axlebacks but want to be louder and more powerful

it will bolt right up. sound wont change. get a high flow cat or test pipe. that will change the sound and give a bit more power (test pipe will shine in the higher rpms)

yes they will bolt up to the stock cat. i would suggest a new gasket. I installed the rt high flow cat and like it. I just used sealant on the front and a univeral 2.5 gasket on the rear. I do notice a slight drone around 2k rpm but dsnt really bother me.

how much was the high flo cat and how much should i pay for used comptech headers with 3k miles

cat was 310 from excelerateperformance.com. For those headers I would say they are worth 700. I paid 700 or 725 plus 50 for shipping for mine and they looked almost new plus its hard to find a set of used 6 speed headers so i am happy with payin that.
