You should die a slow and painful death! Zaino ownz us!

I hear many say the Meguiars is good also. I think Zaino is the shit but there are other cheaper alternatives that probably work as well. Check out the pics of MrSteve's car here

I had used a few different brands of wax/polish when the guys on LS1 and LS2 forums recommended using Zaino. So I gave it a try. Ninety and some bucks to get started, but it was well worth it. To some people, the time and effort it takes to apply it may seem cumbersome and useless, but Zaino works.

The car's lowered... it's just the angle of the picture that makes it look stock.

I actually use the P21S/S100 stuff from Germany. Goes on and off like butter.... and has an awesome shine. Best part... it's like $15 for the wax. I actually bought the whole kit which has wax/polish, car wash, rim cleaner, etc.... so that's what I use now.

Lots of people love zanio, it does give a nice shine, but again this is something of opinion and nutting really scientific about it because it opinion. It just like if white or blue is better etc. The reasons where some people don't like it is that, if you have an older car, it doesn't really hide swirls and scratches. Also it is a bit expensive. There is a million other reason, but again it is mostly opinion. Another one it seems some people like is Wolfgang with a wax topper. Basically Wolfgang is like Zanio makes it shinny, and the wax topper is to give it more depth and warmer feeling. You can do the same with Zanio, after it is cured put a wax topper. That seems to be the new trend on detailing sites. Also another one is Klasse all in one. That seems to be extremely popular also. People put a wax topper on that also.

I've tried a lot of them, and I'm still trying them, but overall, I still prefer Zaino. Meguires is very friggin nice too. A bit of a pain in the ass to get off, but its nice.

Call up Steve Paztor in Allen Texas, 972-743-9443. He is the local distributor in the north Dallas area. You can pretty much call him anytime.

He got me started on the Z, he'll help you get started with everything you need.

I have used mothers the times I have waxed my car, too lazy to go to the Zaino store and get some, but I might do that one of these weekends so I can see.

I clayed my car before applying the wax so it went on and off easy

Autopia's forums are a great resource for detailing questions and information. There is no other website I know of which has a larger collection of car care enthusiasts.

Zaino is great...the shine is very nice, but the best part for me in almost zero wax dust on removal.

I used Zaino for yrs and it great but i had to wax my car all the time to keep up the look ( almost every week). The protection was there but it just didn't hold the just wax look long, with a black car. I decided to try Blackfire. Its great, much easier to use, and it seems to hold the just waxed look much longer. I now wax my car 1 a month at the most but usually go about 3-4 months between waxing. I have just discovered Pinnacle which looked better but does nt last as long. I just tryed p21s it looks better than any thing else ive used much more depth in the paint

I've been using "Liquid Glass" for years and love it. The key is to 'bake' it in the sun after applying. I highly recommend it.

I started w/ blackfire, it did a good job...but i switched to zaino and love it, i have a black CLS and a few coats of Z5 and Z2 and it looks great. I dont think Zanio does good for swirl marks, but id use 3m for that. Plus Zaino is very easy to use it goes on and off so easy, with no residue. And Z6 is the best for quick detail

I have used both Meguiars Gold and Zaino. Recently tried the Meguires NXT. For me the Meguiars NXT gave the best shine.

I will be sticking with the Meguairs NXT.
