Looks like a roll over and a extraction that removed the roof and pried the door open.

I absolutely agree, didn't look too bad for the driver. Doors were probably smashed closed. Still wouldn't have wanted to be in it! Now after seeing these smashed up TL's I don't believe I will ever test anything past the 120's.
