I guarantee you that you will not get an ‘00+ NSX for those prices even if they're stripped. Either those asking prices are for down payments or it’s a scam.

Can you say "SCAM"... or maybe someone's ex is pissed as hell...

A high mileage 01 NSX with over 100k miles on it can still cost between $25K-$30K, maybe even more.

Reminds me of a story...

A guy leaves on a business trip and leaves his wife at home with his Porsche. After a few days, he calls his wife and says that he's met the woman of his dreams and that he's filing for divorce. He instructs his wife to sell the Porsche and send him the proceeds. She puts an ad in the local classifieds saying there is a free Porsche for the taking.

You have to pay a fee to join their "club" and then be able to submit a bid to a car.

They may be seized, but they are not going to actually sell for that much. The bidding may START there, but not even the police are dumb enough to just give away a car they could get a lot of money for.
