To my knowledge, those are the first "real" pictures (meaning, in the real world). Since it's not being introduced just yet... that's why the badge cover up

Acura takes care of their customers. And the service has been great.

Infiniti = Nissan. Same type of service. I had two G35's for 2-3 year time frame and went to 3 infiniti dealers for service. All treated you like shit. Even Toyota here treats us better than Infiniti ever did.

Yea but when you need something covered where most other manufactured will cover it Infiniti / Nissan will not back you. They will back the dealer 100%. You can call and make complaints to the hotline. But they will never call you back or help you in any way unless you threaten them with a lawyer.

Acura= honda. Same type of service or worse.

I have had 3 G35 Coupe. 03/05/06 i couldnt be happier with their service.

G35 Sedan loaner car every time and i dont even have to pay for gas.

I get echo with manual windows as loaner car wheni had my CLS. and they almost voided my warranty because they couldnt fix my SRS light for the 5th time.

and FYI: Toyota Dealer treats their customer really good. ii received better service at longo toyota than my acura dealer. go figure.

Honda/ Acura = American Honda Financial services

Nissan = Nissan Financial services

Infiniti = Infiniti Financial services.

You sounded like there is no difference between infiniti and nissan.

must be a regional thing.. the infiniti dealership that I deal with is incredible, service and amenities.... better then anything I've seen. As for amenities, I'm talking about movie theatre, ice cream parlor/soda fountin/sandwich/coffee shop, kids room... bbq for car meets, exercise/fitness room... free car washes....breakfast.etc..etc... just plain sick. As far as nissan goes, the one I go to has decent service, but crappy amenities. No loaners, etc...

seriously, who do you guys lump all dealerships together? I can name a bunch of crappy honda/acura/nissan/infiniti dealerships, and their excellent counterpart. generalizing all dealerships as a representation of the brand isnt necessarily the best way to look at it... especially since some of these dealerships are privately owned and are not AS accountbale to service as you think they would be.....

geez, these generalization you are making are simply retarded. I've had absolutely no problems getting ANYTHING done by Nissan as far as warranty items go. And you own nissan and infinit?i so that's how you know?

Anecdotal evidence re: dealerships is the same as anecdotal reliabilty evidence; it just doesn't work. I had an absolutely terrible, I mean *terrible* experience at a Lexus dealership, that doesn't mean they're all bad, in fact they have the best rating in the industry (iirc). In general Infiniti service/dealership experience is good. Nissan is about average, which means it's not great.

I think these are reasonable assumptions and I am sure there are a lot people in the same situation as me...
Unless the next TL is REALLY something to see, I'm switching to the new G next June. I still love my 2000 TL-Navi, but the new G is something to crow about!
