Who has never been stopped by cops?

Just curious.

I have been good for a while. No speeding ticket and no pull over for at least few years.

1 ticket for "failure to stop at red light", its an intersection and i was making a right turn and the camera caught me.

the other time i got pull over going 81mph on a 50mph road, surprisingly the cop let me go because he figured if he gives me a ticket, my class B license will be suspended. Best cop ever, gotta gives him good rating at ratemycop.com

I wasn't until 2 years ago when I got stopped for tint on my front windows. I got a warning to get it removed, but no ticket.

Burned out headlight- warning
Car too loud- warning... busted manifold earlier that day
Tinted windows- ticket... got new tint, thrown out in court
Radar Detector (VA sucks)- ticket...paid, wasn't worth the hassle
Taking turn too fast- warning... 40mph street and took the turn about that fast pullling into my neighborhood as a cop was at the entrance at stop sigh... didn't think he would pull me over, but he did.

I was clean for 3 years until 2 weeks ago. Got a ticket for doing 50 (while slowing down) on an exit ramp off the highway. Biggest bullshit i've ever heard.

Hmm... this really bugs me. How loud can a car be? Cops really should start giving tickets to loud bikes. Some Harley Davisons on the roads are REALLY loud.

Intersection of Grant and Amar? Heard too many stories from friends. The city is making good money on these newly installed cameras.

^^

It was in my Trans Am, and the manifold cracked at one of the cylinders, so it wasn't the quietest, but no any louder than Harley's I've heard.

Fix-it ticket, modified exhaust - 1.5 years ago, I just got my car the week before, warning for cracked windshield
Fix-it ticket, no front plate - last summer, same car as ^ I was pulled over by a hot female officer in shorts (this was in LA)
50 in a 35 (actually around 60+ was sober but probably still had alcohol in my bloodstream) - warning!

I'm pretty lucky, especially on that last one. Never again....

Funny thing is my Camaro is way louder than my Integra was when I just bought it. I think officers give a pass to Harleys, sport bikes and most muscle cars because they usually sound like that. But when an import with a high pitched exhaust on it causes a racket, they pull them over, maybe a preeminent strike against street racing?

I've only ever had one moving violation and that was 22 years ago. Bullshit cop got me on Route 70 in Medford where the speed limit changes from 55 to 50. Got me for 59 in a 50 at 2:00 am.

1996: 69 in a 35...cop didn't clock me, so he had to let me go.
1996: 130 in a 55...cop didn't clock me, took him 30 minutes to catch up to me, I tried to evade him, he gave me a "driving too fast for conditions" ticket since it was Christmas day; didn't go to court, sent a lawyer, got it reduced to faulty equipment (non-moving violation = meaningless).
1997: 60 in a 45 @ the beach...warning.
1998: 89 in a 55 and reckless driving (for cutting across three lanes of traffic twice without signaling...yes, while going 89 in rush hour traffic)...got the ticket; got out of it at court (speed dropped, PJC on the reckless).
2007: 76 in a 55...got the ticket; reduced to 5 over by an ADA (never saw the judge).

Yeah, but he saw me. I didn't realize anyone was after me until I was cresting a hill and saw him cresting the one a couple hills back. I got off at the next exit, but he was on my @$$ a minute later. Told him I was going to visit my GF for Xmas (true) and that she lived around there (false). I eventually came clean, and was cool...said he and I were the only white people around for miles. I was going to say "But my GF is black", but figured I better not.

In hind sight, I should've kept going without slowing down...he was a city cop and the county line was just a few miles down the road.

Nope never been pulled over suprisingly I have speed by cops but they have never pulled me over. The only close call I had was going 80 in a 65 but the cop pulled over a person that was black and was ahead of me. I guess race does play a factor which is really sad

Been pulled over twice for speeding. A ticket for 67 in a 50. Let go for 80 in a 70. I just couldn't believe he pulled me over at all . Some guy had blown past me just as i merged on the highway and the cop was going the other way and made a u-turn a few seconds after I got in. I think he was going for the other guy.

Only stopped once ever. In a rental Hyundai at 2am in waaaay northern Michigan (http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=4...23037&t=h&z=13). Not really even a verbal warning, just "have a good night".
