I bought an ACURA MDX 2007 on May 23rd of 2007 but I haven't received any statements from the bank. The payment was supposed to be here by the 7th of July but it never came. I'm pretty sure my address on paper is correctly spelled out and printed.... weird... i hope they don't tow the car away!

 

Call the company that financed you (Acura or whomever) and find out what's up.

 

I agree with Scrib. Also, if you financed through Honda, go on owner link and see if there's a statement or anything available. Maybe it got lost in the mail?

You waited this long, and you still have not contacted the finance co?!?!?!?

 

It's your job to get the payments to them on time. The statements are just a courtesy that the bank does. If you don't get a statement, it doesn't matter, you are still liable for getting the payment in on time.

 

they mispelled my address. there's no late fee because it's completely their fault. my bad for not informing them in advance but hey... its summer.

 

Good news that you got it situated, but never mess around with the banks. They will come and get their shit, whether it be the summer of winter.

 

Why not setup direct withdrawal?
