My frd wants to mod his 97 540i 6 spd, and looking to convert into a M5

where i can find some good places to get the parts??

and i coudln't find any perforamnce parts to upgrade like suspension, engine, exhaust....anyone knows if there are any performance upgrades for the 540i?

Umm, why would he spend all that money? Spend 6-7K for a supercharger and he'll have over 400 whp and beat most M5s. Besides, it'll be the best sleeper.

Ok, angel eyes come stock on all 2001+ 5 Series as well as the clear taillights. Not sure why it needs to be changed to look like an M5?

Now on the other hand, I've seen people put 540i badges on their M5s. Putting M5 badges on a slower car or trying to make it look like it is :ghey:

Tell your friend to get a civic and put on the transformers bodykit. He's ruining a nice car.
