Whats up with the RX-8
#43
A 6mt cls is faster than a 6mt Rx-8. Looking at rx-8 times, none have reached the low 14s without mods while the cls has. For $23k though, that is a STEAL. I may have bought that instead of the g-coupe had that price been that low when I was buying. What happened to the price?

I thought they run like mid 14's.....why does everyone always hate on the RX8's.
I don't own one, or know anyone who does, but I think the car looks pretty sweet, pretty quick, may be bad on gas mileage, but like Dkelly said, they have a fix to the problem.
Personally, my only option to buying a car this february is now a '05 G35 coupe, but if i can get a RX8 for $23,800 I might have a second thought.

So supporters AND non-supporters are getting the negative reps?
-Soon as the definite boosting comes in... those're the days to be lookin' forward to.

The RX-8 looks pretty cool sometimes, not sure about the rotary engine though, heard they were having problems with it. I hate being a guinea pig for anything. I'm happy w/ my 6 speed CL, I think with some headers it will be real sweet and right where I wanna be.

Time will tell if the seals give on the renesis as with predecessor 13Bs.
