What's with the popularity of the GTech Pro Meter on the other side of the world?

I have the old school original GTech Pro Performance meter that I bought ohhhh so long ago. I was cleaning up one of my closets and found it, figured I'd get rid of it. Put it on eBay, within 24 hours got 3 e-mails from potential buyers in Europe/Middle East. One in Poland, one in Belgium and one in Israel. All seem legit and want to know if, and how much to ship to them. My auction specifies that I will only ship in North America, yet they seem so interested it in. I doubt it's a scam, because someone wouldn't go this far to scam me out of a performance meter that i'm selling for such a small amount. Anyone have a clue?

I sold mine last year on eBay and got a lot of bids on it, but nothing from overseas, only Canada. I can't see how it would be a scam if you make sure you let the funds clear from PayPal before you ship it.
