Damn! I guess I won't feel so bad about my wife getting an FX35 after all. I thought the RDX would do MUCH better than that.

I still don't like the design, though. Make it stealther, make it cooler (LEDs Acura, LEDs...) and I'll change my mind.

She's still getting used to it. The engine in the X3 was awesome, the engine in the RDX takes a little bit of getting used to. When you're out of the power band the car is a dog in accelleration. You especially notice it when you're at a faster speed, slow down to say, 10mph and back on the gas, it's like the transmission doesn't know what get to be in, because it most likely isn't in the right gear where the power needs to be to accelerate again. I'll tell ya, the technology package definately makes this car tho, it's quite awesome with it...
Hey, congrats!
It only took 50+ posts before anyone tried to seriously comment on your thread question- next time it should be "new car, dammit!"
Don't pee in Shoofin's Cheerios! Wait- this just means you're number one... on the
list.

I agree that the acceleration of RDX is a bit disappointing. Is it related to its turbo system or is it just a matter of being out of powerband? I've test-driven it before at the dealership, and I was very disappointed. Maybe because my expectation for the RDX's turbo was a bit too high at the time.
It's a beautiful looking car though. I loved how it looked both inside and outside. The tech package is just awesome.

It's not one of my favorites, but for what we need, it will definately work good for us...Now if only I can figure out the best way to utilize the engine's power without feeling like I REALLY made a mistake taking it for 36 months instead of the usual 24 I normally do...

Murano is bigger and much more expensive (to lease-right now) to boot. She wants more of a compact SUV. I personally like the Murano, while she hates it.

With that, I'm actually enjoying the car. Don't know if I'd put it on the list to replace the Murano. Damn thing gets worse gas mileage than the Murano, which is sort of hard to believe.
