if you don't think the leather is worth 30k, go sit in a loaded 60k benz or bimmer. i think german leather is horrible. the texture is stiff. i've never seen or touched any 04-up acuras so i don't know how the leather in those compares. all i know is that lexus has the softest.
also, if they put the s2000 engine in the tsx, everyone would be screaming about "no torque! no torque!" so why bother.
