Install tire...add wd40.....blow up with match....pump up with fixaflat lol

It certainly does. Basically anything flammable will work. What it is doing is exploding inside the tire to seat the bead. Basically, if you ever get stuck with a tire at a bottom of a stack that's smushed, you would have to use this technique to get it to seat. Imagine a little 175/60R14 tire. You let those sit long enough in a stack, and it will sit 4 inches tall. Try mounting that on a 7 inch rim or whatever it's going on.

This is done a lot in the tire industry. You can tell they're nowhere near compressed air, so this would be the best method. Just spray a ton of flammable fluids in there, light it and it will explode the beads to the rim. It's just like using compress air, except a lot stronger.

I would advise against fixaflat though; the chemicals used in fixaflats ruin rubber if you guys ever plan on fixing a flat that way. Just put on the spare.

I've done that on a stubborn moto tyre before. I used brake clean though. Any highly flammable spray will do actually, just don't get crazy with spraying a shit ton in there.
