what do you think of this Supra

FS on ebay......

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...85797652QQrdZ1

I would have to change the front 18"s to 19"s, replace the seats with some black sparco's or something, get rid of some of the other red stuff from the interior (doors, shift boot etc), also don't like the CF dash.... basically I would have to de-rice it. But other than that, I think it looks quite good.... I like the bodykit - think it flows well.

thoughts?

Thats pretty sweet...I agree on de-ricing the interior, but Im sure it flies...Where would that rear vent lead to? Cooling the rear brakes?

all the really fast supra's have that wing for some reason ... i think its really an important traction helper ? cool supra all around the hood is ok to ventilate heat and air for that single , the interior is nasty, that thing must be fast as fuck

rear vent helps in brake cooling... stock ones have em too.

yea definitely would have to lose the stickers. and I agree on the hood... the whole front end reminds me WAY too much of the F&F car... and that is NOT good.

Overall it's an okay looking car. A little less tackiness (i.e. removing the body kit and crazy interior panels) would go a long way towards restoring this car to prime conditions.

That is a pretty clean supra. I love the TRD hood

Reminds me of the TRD widebody Supra.

I like the body kit and wheels. But, is it really worth $50k?

I know for certains colors, there were only 15-20 available in the U.S.

Id say they only made a couple hundred of them, so yes they are extremely rare and highly sought after. I think the 97 anniversary edition (6spd = 40k brand new) was like $10k cheaper than the fully loaded automatic 96 supra TT ( $50k brand new).

yeah 50,000 grand is a bit much for a car that has been molested... If it had less than 10k original miles, then maybe...

I have to agree, I always loved the factory or sleeper look on any car.

I'm all about the keep it simple mentality. Stock body, stock lip, 5 spoke wheels, and at most a RMS wing. Quicksilver looks mighty nice and that's why they, right next to rarity, command a premium.

One of the nicest supra's I have ever seen was on ebay last year. When I found it the current bid was over $80,000,....I think it was at 86,000. I dunno what it went for in the end. It had like 800 hp or something like that. Here is a pic.

If you can afford it, www.suprastore.com is selling a Top Secret Supra for about $110K.

I personally like the S900 AB FLUG Supra.

That supra is the hotness! The seats are ugly. 50K? Too cheap. Something is wrong here.

I just did a close up of the two and the differences you couldn't tell just at a glance. One major difference is the lug nuts on the RJ wheels are between the spokes instead of lined up with the spokes.

I am a fan of Supras, but for 50,000 is a bit too steep.
