I don't think the honda's have memory seats, i have to have them with the wife and i driving the same car, makes things alot easier, plus xenon headlamps are always a plus

gas consumption of a TSX vs TL is actually VERY similar. i remember checking out the numbers last time i was at the dealer. i think it was 1mpg difference in the city. check it out, it's on the last page of the brochure and the sales rep was saying that there wasn't much difference.

i was just thinking sticker vs sticker but in the end, the tl has a better lease and if the fuel milage is almost the same, i pretty much decided on a TL

TSX - 23/32
TL - 20/30
both 6MT

Not too far apart. If the 2005 Accord V6 gets a VCM setup that trickles down to the TL then you can expect to see the TLs MPG somewhere around 25/35 (speculative).
