They pull your ass over if you are in a state were they are illegal. My mom got pulled over in VA even though she had Jersey tags. Oh they arent illegal in Maryland so why does it matter if your in MD?

Anyone here have an Audi? I found an Audi forum, but I'd rather bost here. What are thesy like? I know back in the 80's there were on par with GM (lousy) in terms of raliability asnd quality. Should I assume they got better?

THEY ARE FAST! I would love a S4, well that is if they could figure out how to make better turbos for them.

They are ok, but some cars have problems with blown turbos

they've gotten much better recently, especially with the recent A4s. the quality is great, and reliability is improving (along with less scheduled servicing)

My sister has an A4 2.8 and it has performed without problems. Very nice car...

I like mine. Quality seems great, very solid. I just got it, so I can't comment on the reliability. If only the dealer hadn't mangled the bumper putting on the stupid front tag (not required in FL) .

Sounds like a damn good car... after all you're trading your CL for it!
About your V1... What happens if you cross into a state where rarar detectors are illegal? I pass into Maryland all the time, if the thing if wired in there, I can't really stuff it under my seat. I can stuff that .38 under the seat pretty quicly, but that V1 I don't know about.
