It's been about 2.5 years since I purchased the weathertech floor liners for my TL. The driver's side never really fit properly and as of late, has become very warped.

Contacted Weathertech yesterday because I wasn't sure about the warranty, without hesitation, the customer service rep said that I fall within the warranty period and that a new floor liner is on it's way!

So nice when you don't have to struggle!!!!!!! Entire phone call took about 1.5 minutes.
