I love the way this car looks. I wanted this when i was in the market, but my timing was a little off. I didn't like the last gen IS but I love the new one. And the F sport is really cool.

Am I the only one that finds it kinda sad that people spend their time on a forum whose vehicles they clearly dislike, make repetitious and exaggerated comments at every possible opportunity. It's almost as if they are trying to convince themselves as much as others about their own choices. In any case, i would be inclined to suggest they undertake more meaningful activities with their time, but I have to run and post on BMW, Lexus, and Infiniti why I prefer my TLX and why I don't like their vehicles. Ciao.

Lol at all the Acura fanboys. Sorry to say but Acura hasn't been worth anything for a long time.

Congrats on the IS. Love the color combo you chose!

And FYI, CarTalk is full of people who've moved on from their Acura's or never even had one to start with but enjoy the community Azine provides. Since it is superior to all other forums.

I don't think anyone here signed on AZ just to talk shit about Acura. at one point we all had Acura(s) and many of us still own Honda/Acura till this day.

The irony is i only have 23 post count on the bmw forum. I could careless what people say about my car... if anything i will be the first one to how BMW is whoring out their cars and 3GT/5GT look like shit.

after owning so many different cars from different brand, you will develop a different perspective on cars. Just because i drive a BMW does not mean i have to like everything they offer. Last time i checked i do not receive dividend checks from them.

Yep. I hate my current vehicle so much that I'm only here to talk trash about Acura's products and nothing more

Welcome to the Internet!

Most, if not all, members in Car Talk are former Acura owners...which explains their membership to this site. Just like you, we have opinions about certain makes and models, and we're going to voice them. Maybe you should "undertake more meaningful activities" by getting thicker skin or by staying in the TLX section.

These posts always amuse me. Fanboys so often fail to have a perspective from the outside looking in.

Please go back to your regularly scheduled circle jerk. I'm sure talking about the same exact car with other like-minded people day in and day out is infinitely more interesting than everything we discuss here.

Bro, should have gotten an ILX!

But seriously, congrats on the car!! I remember when the new IS first came out I HATED the way they looked, but over time I've grown to love the aggressiveness of the car.

OP, congrats on the IS!

Just being objective here, is lacking exhaust tips such a huge issue? The ODMD is pretty easy to use and so is the SIRI integration & voice commands. Interior on the TLX is a nice as acura is going to get, Acura isn't going to do bright red in a TLX nor crazy gauge cluster to appeal to the younger folks. Acura underpromises, over-delivers. Lexus just delivers what it promises.
