hmm... guess you're right - they said 100hp for $1k. dang. now that's a deal. I could imagine its the chip and the exhaust - and that would be a great deal - but those are nice wheels.. no way in hell that would be included.

I always thought with the AWD hypercars (namely the STi and EVO) the exaggerated tire sound is the result of the continual process of the AWD system's tweaking of the couplings and other related areas in conjunction with the ABS and other systems of the car which keep the car poised and on track...

I read (on Edmunds, I think?) that the exhaust is just a one-off testing prototype -- there aren't many aftermarket exhausts out there for the Evo X just yet.

it does look rather prototypical.... i.e. unpolished.
