notice he sat at the line for about 2 seconds after the camaro already left, and still ran a 9.46? on the other forum they said his best time was a 7.xx, and i dont doubt it.

oh - it sat at the line for about 1 second so that makes it an 8 second Metro, not as fast... I don't doubt it ran 7 either. still, it's a stinking fast Metro.

also do we know whether it was bracket racing or heads-up?

Not 7 sec. It's a 9 second. The time doesn't start till you begin to move. You could sit there for 12 seconds and the clock doesn't start till you move.
