Valet switch or system?

I'm curious if anyone has done this before. I had my 94 integra back in 08 get stolen and have been cautious ever since. Is there a switch or system I could rig up to prevent from going over a certain rpm? I've though about putting in a main battery disconnect or a switch for the fuel pump wire. The main battery disc I don't like being that our ecus are a self tune program. Any input appreciated.

You could install an alarm with a fuel pump cutoff and anti-car jacking feature.

The car already has a key transponder based alarm and immobilizer system stock.

Remove fuel pump fuse. Easy, Free, No ECU issues.

Is it even worth it? A lot of people are having their cars stolen by people who just pull up and tow it away
