Used car interest rates
I was wondering if any of you been shopping around for used cars and if so, what kind of interestrates have been offered to you?
I have a 04 sedan that I got an interest rate of 6.99% for 60 months 4 months ago. Then today I applied for another used car loan and they offered me 14.25% apr.... wow!!!!!!!
Thats huge difference in rates!!

Yea, we just did a home improvement loan and got a $30K loan/ pool installed. I bet that did it. 
I am wondering if I should just still buy the vehicle @ that 14.25% rate and then refi after one year. What do you think?

My Credit Union is offering 5.80% APR right now...
...up from the 3.65% APR I got two years ago for my CL-S.
Go find a damn Credit Union you can join, they have the best interest rates on just about any type of loan.

LoL! That rate I mention above is our credit union.
As I said, this is the highest ever. All my auto loans with them were always 5.5-6.9% offers . I have to see whats going on. I am sure its my debt to income ratio

Like everyone else said. Check your credit score. When I traded in the CL, The rates I got were about 2.5% higher because of the increase in rates and since we just purchased a condo within the last couple months.
