NIce

Get some clear corners for it though. Makes the car look a lot better.

Bilstein's and Eibach Pro-Kits. Looking to ditch that setup for GC Track/School Kit.

pffft... I wish. I'll dig up an old picture.. much higher. The front fender sits almost at the top of the tire, and the rear is tucked in.

I got a awesome deal on my car. European Delivery car... driven and serviced in Germany for the first year then garage queened thereafter.

I got it in Feb with 38k.. it's a 96. Now it has 63K. As long as you keep up on the maintenance... it'll treat you right.

Rear shock mounts tend to go around 60k, water pump should be replaced then also. While that's being done, get the t-stat changed. It's not fun to have a car that does not want to heat up in the winter. The struts tend to go around 60k also... mine did.
The rear trailing arm bushings and front lollipops crap at about 80k.
Radiator is reccomended for change after the 100k mark.

Other than the above there isn't anything major to do to the car besides change the oil and put gas in it.

Oh yah... be weary of the main fan. Stupid thing can break and the blades go shooting off into the radiator. Has not happened to me, but I've heard it's no fun.

The motors are dead reliable. I autocross with a guy that has 250k on his 95 325is. He beats the crap out of it, and it still managed to put down 185 to the rear wheels with some simple mods.

nah...BMW's respond really well to negative camber. I had something of the same drop on my 2.2 CL and it ate through tires.
The suspension design (although older) uses the negative camber in a corner. The double-wishbone system on the Acura's adds more negative camber the more the suspension is compressed. That means, when you take a corner it automatically compensates and adds -deg. of camber. If the car is lowered, and not corrected via a kit, the effect is multiplied.

Negative camber isn't that bad as long as the toe is corrected.
