UltraSuede/Alcantara/UniSuede
Has anybody used any of these on their interiors? If so where did you get it and can you post pics? Im considering using it in my interior to cover my panels, headliner, center sections of the seats, and anything else that is currently covered in the god awful camel tan color in my car. Thanks

AFAIK Gulf Fabrics is the only authorized reseller of alcantara.
They are located in Florida and will send you samples of their stuff... www.gulffabrics.com.

Alcantra is nice on places such as on the dash, headliner and pillars. On seats it doesn't look that great. IMO stick with some nice leather with good padding underneath it. For example is this NSX;
NSX belongs to Jetpilot on NSXPrime

Ya its alot more than I want to spend. Ultrasuede has the same look and feel and is a 3rd of the price. Im planning on covering the headliner, visors, any interior piece that already has the ugly OEM fabric on it, the door panel leather inserts, and rear deck cover. The seats will most likely be done in leathe but Ive taken a liking to these Bride Low Max Gias or the Corbeau GTSII (had those in a Eclipse GST). Im just nervous about the air bag system though.
That NSX looks like it took alot of work and money to get that way

Headliner looks good, that's about it. And that blank panel under the HVAC looks like crap. Put a Navi or something in it. Why would you want a huge blank space covering most of the center console?
