Type S CL bolt Pattern

Does anyone know the specific bolt pattern for a 2001 CL type S....
And the specific bolt pattern of a 03 Toyota Matrix XRS... and any comments on the CL rim on the matrix?

CL=5x114.3
XRS=dont know
CL-S wheels on XRS=would need to see a chop first
