Yup, you can get more aggressive tunes just like a turbo setup which allows for more boost to build on the supercharger. Maybe maharajamd could elaborate more on this, but I'd imagine there would be a little more headroom on the stock blower .

My limited knowledge was from the Comptech SC back in the days for CLS where all we talked about is high boost pulley.

incorrect. RLX with upgraded tires. NSX with upgraded tires will do time travel, not necessarily faster.

my mistake

But... Provided the NSX can time travel, it could theoretically freeze it and takes its sweet ass time to arrive and make it to the finish before anyone is the wiser...

I forget what mods are done to it. I know he has put in tons of money to overhaul the entire car to make it like a brand new car again.

It certainly shows! Car is beautiful.

I went ahead and did the oil change last night, still need to do the interior detail for C&C.

I'm happy to report that there was no coolant in the oil, it dropped just over 6 quarts (Factory capacity is 6.3). I don't know when the last time it was changed, but wholy moley .. the oil filter was really stuck on there. It took all of my strength to get it off (to the point of me questioning righty tighty lefty loosey), but eventually broke free with my filter wrench. I was thinking in the back of my mind .. is this just a hint of how hard it's going to be working on this thing in the future? Come the f'k on.

For the not so good news, there is a small oil leak right near the driverside turbo but it's minor & runs slow.

I sprayed underneath the entire engine / transmission with an oil degreaser and wiped it down to better identify where the leak is actually coming from, but otherwise the car is pretty clean for being a 15 year old Audi

Oh yea, car is now registered in the state of CA! $747 later ... $580 of that being sales tax

Keep it up, man. Such a unique blue!!

Those pics really make it shine, it's a beautiful car. Hope the turbo leak doesn't get worse otherwise get ready to bust out that platinum card.

Tyler...
I'll only say this once. That is a fairly rare car. That is gonna be a very rare set of oem wheels to find.
Don't be a fucking idiot.

Go buy those wheels for $185. Please. Please.

I paid 7500 for the car.

Im sorry fellas, I know $185 is not a lot of money but I'd need to drop another 500-600 on tires.

I personally love the wheels currently mounted and they have brand new Potenza Pole Position tires on them

and now that Im thinking about it, I doubt the stock 17s would clear the BBK currently on the car.

^ is rest of the vent still functional?

One of the biggest drawback of those was you had to lose one of the vents.
