To the normal person (non car nerd) they damn sure look similar

I'm sure a person who'd buy this car could not possibly care less about "the normal person" not being able to tell the difference, it's the respect from the other auto-heads that this car buyer is after, and I'm sure he'd get it too.
That said, I'd also prefer a Mercialago (sp?) roadster over this. Which, in my opinion, is ALSO overpriced for what it really is.

HOWEVER - it's not about the car itself, it's what it represents that is valuable to the buyer...

hhmmm. that looks like a nice buy. i just think i will. let me pull this damned money out of my ass. and i must get a few bottles of nitrous to put in the front passenger seat and then the backseat and trunk are reserved for my jet engine. then the enzo will see my ass shoot by 'em.

The only point of this car is bragging rights really because there are faster cars 0-60, faster cars top speed, faster cars in handling, cars with more room and storage, cars that look better, cars that brake better, and that are much cheaper. Most likely the 218MPH is untainable unless you have something like a runway at your disposal so again bragging rights, much like Jay Leno buying a million dollar rocket bike.

All in one car, doubt it.

Exactly. Where are you gonna find a better all-around package? No where.

Pshawww... I'd buy 4 C6 Z06s and strap one under each wheel of my CL.

Wait, what?
