Anyone in the Twin Cities know of a garage that can be used to work on my car? I have underground parking, but I think people would freak out if I started taking my intake off, or installing thermoblok spacers in there.

^Well a lot of those parking lots have "don't work on your car unless it's an emergency" rule. So if you're talking about the parking at your apartment/condo building, then I would probably check that first, or the HOA could freak out on you. If you're talking about the lot at work, then they might freak out because of insurance reasons... so I'd be careful about doing any type of auto work in an underground garage.

Can you ask around where you work to see if there's anyone with a house that has a garage that could let you borrow some time?
