so my girlfriend has an eclipse RS and i bought a remote control for the keyless entry on ebay. i'm following the directions but nothing seems to be happening. does anyone even know if this model of eclipse *has* keyless entry as an option?

perhaps someone out there has better directions on how to do it. (ground Pin1 of the OBDII port and hit the hazard button 6 times...bla bla).

what did the kit come with?

 

just the instructions and the transmitter. the instructions aren't working though so either it's not an option on her car or they're wrong. i'm not sure how to figure out which it is though. i dunno.
