Drop AND lower it? Damn, is that even possible? Nice car, not many companies offer a wagon with a stick

What made you pick the wagon over the sedan? I happen to think the sedan is fantastic looking, especially when it's done up nicely like Matt's. Nice choice either way.

good question. What year was your CL (condition, miles?), how much did you get for it?

Thanks for all the positive comments!

MattT: I like the versatility of a sportswagon, and actually like the "sleeper" factor the wagon has over the sedan.

My 01' CL-S (non-Nav) was bone stock, in great condition. It's got 83k miles in it. The Subie dealer offered $9500. I went across the street to CarMax and they offered $500 more. The dealer matched it, so I traded it in for $10000.

Saw it on the Subie lot a couple of days later, priced for $13999...

If I ever got a wagon I would have to get a Dodge Magnum with a HEMI......345hp and more room inside.......Don't get me wrong the GT has plenty of power and AWD=donut time

I'm glad to see that you got 10K for your car. Mine has navi with 81K miles and I'll be happier than a pig in poop if I break $10K when I sell it.

With Nav you should have no problem selling it for 10k. That is, if the title is clean, and you've got no mods.

If I had to sell it myself, I could probably get around 11.5 - 12k. You can get an idea on how much it's really worth going to kbb.com, edmunds.com, or autotrader.com.
