Track days are fun, mmkay?

Just recently took the Viper out to TWS and had such a good time, I will be going to Putnam in August to track it again.

And a clean one

What wheels were you running at the track? they are clearly different from the wheels on the clean viper pic.

Bet it was a blast on the track!

Forgeline's. Great wheel.

The car is amazing on the track. It is so much fun-word's cannot describe the rush. I just wish that I had more time to do it. Hell, the car has just sat in the garage for the last month

Yup. The car was designed for the track-it is more a of a street legal race car then a street car you can take on the track.

I can't wait to go to Motor Sport Ranch again. You really need to take that Viper to one of those courses!

Very nice!! I'm sure that was one of those days that flew by way too fast! It is nice to see the Viper on the track, where it is meant to be. Have fun with it and post more pics when you go back!

Nice pics, man! I've been really wanting to take my car out to a track, but I have no idea where to begin. I don't know where the tracks are around Austin/Houston/Centex and don't know how they take to beginners. Any thoughts?

Very nice, and I find it most satisfying to see a sports car being used more along what it was designed for.

I'm addicted to track days, too ...hello my name is Nick and I'm a trackoholic I think if I didn't have family and kids, I'd be going almost every week or until my money runs out.

Those Forgelines are just so nice. As you may know, the owner of Forgeline and one of their "main guys" are involved in the Supra community so I'm trying to find a decent deal on a set of Forgeline ZX3R's for my Supra.

The best way for you to get started is to go to The Driver's Edge . Their events are top notch and the instructors are all awesome. Plus, it's cheap

I was with Viper Days-which is an absolute awesome organization. I did fairly well for my first track event in the Viper-got third place

Glad to hear you had a good time, and were able to let the viper "stretch its legs" a little bit.

And regarding the car being in the gararge, it has been raining here for like the past 2 weeks, so you couldn't have done much anyway.
