Unless this is a Billy Lane creation, whoever built this, ripped Chopper's Inc and Billy off big time.

He's had a bike called "Phyco Billy Cadillac" out for a few years now.

True!!

Billy lane had the first hubless rear wheel and he is one of the best builders out there. He should be getting all the money that was given to OCC

There's not a OCC chopper build that that I would want to go fast on,,, these bikes are all SHOW and NO GO...
