i wanted one as a beater for a long time.

Yeah, I've heard about those... a couple of companies makes a kit out there... Converse Engineering in Portland, Maine is one... That's my kinda sleeper...

I always think the van is funny, but find it odd he has NHRA stickers and such and a Turbo vanity plate. I would have gone sleeper all the way with a rainbow, baby on board, my kids and honor student or Avon sticker. Although still fast it is probably only a mid 14 second car on the street, with pump gas and DOT rubber, he makes all his money out of the hole because his traps are low.

the volvo with the V8 conversion thats as quiet as can be is a sleeper

I like that van, I had a summer job when i was 16 and the company car i had to use was a dodge turbo minivan, that thing had some balls.

The turbo minivan is slow as fawk compared to that station wagon. Seems like the station wagon has a big block and is easily pulling 10's with slicks on the rears
