Took the PLUNGE last night!!!

and got an M45 sport, blk/blk with tech and journey, spoiler and splashguards.

Sorry, couldn't convince myself that the RL was a better car. It's a nice car and all and as hard as I tried to convince myself that I would like it more than the M45, I couldn't.

The M came with 9 miles on the odometer when I got it. I got home last night with 79 miles on it.

I saw a new black M45 in traffic a few weeks ago. Slick, slick looking car. Congrats!

I was just checking out a black/'orange' M45 Sport @ Flemington Infiniti with similar options. Beautiful car but costs $56.9k.

duid the AWD of the RL and the RWD of the M play into your decision at all? Not worried too much about snow?

I love the M45 sweet car.

Nice, if I'd get one I'd get it with the same color combo you got and options, also would stay with aluminum trim. For some reason the unfinished wood doesn't look good to me, same with the MB CLS non-glossy wood. But at least MB gives you an option for glossy wood trim. I hope Infiniti gives a glossy wood option for the 2007 M model.

Oh yeah, pics FIRST thread SECOND!!

Hopefully I am back in the states for good. I got my 5+ years in and planning on going back to school for an MBA, but probably part time and staying with the company.

I have a decision to make...get a beater or get snow tires on the smallest rims that'll fit. I'll probably end up getting a beater or using one of our family cars (truck or SUVs).

Why can't Acura make stock rims like that?

Man, you guys are hard to please...first you want pics and now you want interior pics!?!?

j/k. I'll post them after I take them.

My impressions so far? The thing kicks ass...it's a lot quieter and a little smoother than the cl-s, but it also handles and drives much better. There's a funky smell though outside the car which I think is just all the coating and stuff burning off on the exhaust components.

And it's much more "involving" to drive than the cl...which may be a good or bad thing because to me, it seemed to "want" more attention when being driven, whether I want to give it or not.

Looks great....It would look even better with tinted glass.

Was that 2nd picture taken at the office?
The lot looks familiar.

Looks badass, IMO if I had that car I'd tint the clear turn signals on the taillights dark black. I think it would make it look more agressive.
