hey at my job there's a female driver for the hospital... she got a ticket for rolling a stop sign... cop wrote.. male... ... dismissed...

He has to get a certain number of tickets written, but at the same time they will purposely make an obvious mistake so that you don't have to pay it.

i think you are right...because i was written two tickets, with two completely different plate numbers. I mean completel different. Then I had two different expiration dates...strange eh?

its your word against his, and in the court room, scales are shifter towards the cop, 51:49. Thats what I was told last time I was fighting a ticket.
