It's like comparing apples to oranges. They are very different cars. If I had to decide, I think the 04-06 TL is a much better car than the 01-03 CL.

TL is better... Newer is always better It ain't a coupe, but hey, neither is the Rl and that's better then both the TL and CL

It's spelt pedal, but if it's a 6spd TL that we're talking about, it'a moot point....
