Wow, what a thread.... I'll refrain from biting into flesh here :puts on Hannibal Lector mask:

Grayson, If you want to make a finacially wise decision in order to reach your main objective of getting another house, then, by all means, sell the beast.

I know how much you loved your CLS (as much as I loved mine ) a CLS 6 MT navi search, I became a damn pro at that when I was searching
Trust me, the thought has crossed my mind to still buy a 6 MT.

Besides, you'll have a very beautiful, reliable, fun car in the garage of your new house, and just think, you can always buy another (more powerful) beast down the line, you have your whole life to buy and play with cars, as we all do, but as enthusiasts, we get torn by our love for the 'car' and more wise real world decisions.

Your friend,

Andy

Well, it's official, I have decided to sell the Vette. I will do my best to hold on to it so that I can drive it up to Dallas for the concert, but can't make any promises.

Furthermore, I have decided that since I want to save money, why not REALLY save money and buy something cheaper. Hence, I will be buying a mid 90's Nissan 240SX, turbo of course! It is the closest thing that I can get to the fun of the Vette with about $10g's.

Wheew, I don't know if I can carry through wife this. :crying: I really don't want to get rid of the vette (it's like giving up a true love, well, maybe not that much, but along the lines ), but buying a house will only help me get something better down the road.
