I'm driving home from the nightclubs when 3 guys darted across the street(against a red light). I slammed on my brakes and avoided the first guy, but the second guy jumped up and kicked her in the quarter panel..... To make a long story short, I had to chase the into an alley way and pull the guy out and take his ID.. When the cops came, they didn't even take a report but I do have a witness...All I have is his Driver's license info....... It looks like at least 1k in damage .... pics up soon

So you have his info and a witness. If he doesn't pay up, take him to small claims court.

Yeah that's what I hate about coming from night clubs, drunk asses. The other day some drunk f*ck approaches me, randomly and calls me a fucking piece of shit, I kept my mouth shut because I knew that dumbass would kick my car if I got him angry, my car over my pride, at least for today.
