James Glickenhaus is a Jewish-American movie director and stock exchange magnate. He wrote, directed, and produced a number of films in the 1980s and 1990s including the controversial hit film the Exterminator and the Jackie Chan vehicle, The Protector. Having left the movie business several years ago he returns with a cameo in Frank Henenlotter's upcoming film Bad Biology. Glickenhaus is also well known in automotive circles as an avid collector of former racing vehicles, and his coachbuilt Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina has been covered in national publications like Car and Driver.

Glickenhaus' collection of rare automobiles includes:

* Duesenberg J446
* Ford GT40 Mark IV
* Lola T70
* 1948 Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa (chassis 002C), the oldest Ferrari known
* 1966 Ferrari P3/4 (presumed chassis 0846)
* 1967 Ferrari 412 P (chassis 0854)
* 2006 Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina
