go to an open area at sunrise or sunset. position the truck with the setting or rising sun at the front of the truck with the flames.

make sure the sun appears to directly in front of the truck, this way the flames will ahve the effect of the sun creating those flames on the truck
just a suggestion

I need to work on getting the color out of the car more, it really never comes out in photos, here you can see the purple a little bit



this one really shows the blue, but i can rarely photo this color

photograph the back end of the car when the sun is shining on the back end or against a white building or backdrop of some kind, that mayh bring out the deep color of the back end
