You're soooo gonna get flamed for calling the TINTS!!
But I'm from South Florida and it's TINTS for me too, even if it's wrong!
62 ft/lb...from a TUNE!??! Holy heck, man...that's awesome. I'm guessing this helps and doesn't hurt MPG?!?! Glad you're enjoying it!

Nice drop, but IMO wrong color for black tuner wheels. Looks really odd.

The corruption has begun *evil laugh*
Yesterday I got the Malone Tuning Stage 1.5 reflash and DSG reflash. Malone is well regarded in the TDi community. Now, I have somewhere around 290 lb-ft of torque at the wheels (like 330 at the crank). This is maybe 10 percent less than what the RS4 produced. And the DSG shifts are lightning quick.
Oh, and I got an addition 1 mpg highway. And yes, HP is still low at 158whp/180 hp crank (est).

Very nice! Nothing like 300 lbs/ft torque to get you out of the hole. Hmm, maybe that was the wrong way of putting it.

At 300lbs, it might be hard to even find the hole.
Wait, I misunderstood what you said...

Sorry to see you had to let the RS4 go but seems like it was needed before it killed your wallet.

So I found and purchased a used VCDS/VAGcom cable for sale off of C-list. The passat has alot of hidden features that owners have unlocked using the cable, like rain-sensing wipers and keyless sunroof operation (like the TL/Accord). Cant wait to access those things
In other news, I'm looking for another fun AWD machine with a manual trans for 10K Looking at another Legacy turbo, but thinking about the Mazdaspeed6. Anyone have any suggestions? Need something to hold me while I shoot for a NSX in a year or two.

Why would VW put the features in the computer but lock them out? Every computer gets the same programming, but certain things are unlocked only if you buy an option package? Doesn't seem smart if people can just unlock the features themselves for (in essence) free.

I'm obviously biased on this, but I've had great luck with my MS6. The only thing is if you're planning on abusing it a.k.a. launching it hard from a dig you need to upgrade the rear diff mounts right away. They're notorious for snapping after hard launches. Other than that if you're just planning on a mild mod like mine, $1000 and you'll easily have 30hp/40lb ft over the stock 270hp/280lb ft numbers.
