My wife, a huge Volvo fan (she's of Swedish descent, I guess that's why), wants to buy a Volvo XC70. I'm not uncorking $38k for a new one which will instantly begin burning out bulbs and delaminating its vinyl interior. So if I have to buy one, it's gonna be a used one for 1/3 that price. Anybody out there who can make me feel better about it? I tried to get her into a TL, brand new, and she doesn't like it, thinks it's plain and ugly and not premium enough.

What can I do?

 

Divorce your swedish wife since they're blonde and dumb. Get a girl that appreciates and thinks the Acura TL is beautiful. lol j/k

Try putting her in a TSX ,..........oh wait, thats not premium enough.

In all seriousness,.....what other cars can you look at (within what you are willing to spend). Have you looked at other options yet? What about a lexus,......new or used?

 

Ask her what she wants in a car, come to us, and we'll find you something that fits the bill better than a damn Volvo... There isn't anything in a Volvo that loaded Acura doesn't
