Steven now that you'll have exhaust and intake are you thinking tuner to get the most out of the mods? Not sure what tuners if any are available for the C7s?

^^^ I haven't considered that, but maybe I should. I don't want to void the warranty on the C7.

^^^ Thanks dude! I like the red trim! I appreciate your input though....different strokes for different folks. It took me some time to get used to it, but now I really like it!

How much HP is the CAI supposed to give ya? How close to the road will the filters sit?

Car looks good.
Car looks good.
Quick question for you. When you travel so far for a car show, do you end up washing and detailing the car at the show, since I imagine it gets pretty dirty on the road trip?

Halltech is quoting 21 RWHP and 19 LB/FT torque. It replaces the OEM filter, which is in the passenger front quarter panel.
In Bowling Green, the Museum is across the street from the factory. Factory tours are only $7.00-take the tour!
Yes, I take everything with me (including a bucket). But most of the time I just wind up using a quick detailer. It actually does not get very dirty.
For road trips, I use a NoviStretch Bra. This thing is freaking amazing.....
It's easy to clean and really keeps the nose of the car bug-free!

Jealous of the gains small black Chevys get from simple mods. Incredible!

$1700 for 2hp? No way. What's that referencing? S2000 catback?

What about sound? Big difference?
I haven't seen this thread in a while. It looks awesome on the new wheels! You're coming up on two years now, are you not?

The only time I could make it was the last tour on Friday at 2pm, which they're usually booked weeks in advanced for that time slot.. Therefore I got tickets for the tour in November since i'll be back down there 3-4 more times this year. Should be fun. The museum was pretty cool..

Thanks Aman! Good to see you again. No sound difference-probably because of the Corsa Extreme Exhaust with the Double Helix X-pipe already supplies all the awesome rumble.
I'm glad you like the wheels. And yes, this Thursday (October 15th) makes it's 2 year anniversary of the delivery.
Jeremy asked about the boost. Just like the Throttle Body Spacer, the CAI does provide some nice boost. The car feels lighter and more agile. Plus, you can really tell there's more power......for sure!

You won't regret doing the tour-it's a whole $7.00 well spent!

The lawsuit that the Z06 guys filed, does it effect your car at all?
