I very recently, well, not exactly very recently, it was two months ago when I bought my 2007 Acura RDX used... My state is taking so long to issue the plate, I had to go to the dealer to pick up two, five day temporarys because my original temporary ran out today.... So, I've been thinking about this for years now, but who do you think has the best looking plates...





Here are all 50 states... Some are old like Texas, who has since changed it...

These are the best looking plates, but Louisiana isn't too bad, I feel sorry for y'all Yorkers though!!!

But hey, if you love you're state, I guess that makes up for it...

My home state of New York, clearly has the ugliest of all plates. IMO, I have always liked the New Mexico plate, esp. in yellow.

This. Ended up ordering my Legacy plates 3 weeks ago.

 

Arizona because of (IMO) its simple design and easy to read/pleasing font.

But if California's black plate is an option too, then I agree with NYTHAWK.

 

texas has some badass custom plates in all different colors.
