I saw an SRT-4 NEON on SPEED tv...It was a show called tuner transformation and this guy had his SRT-4 neon upgraded to some kind of T-3/T-4 turbo upgrade (by AGP) and new manifolds/injectors and intercooler plus exhaust system. They ran a 4.1s zero-to-sixty.

I guess that is fast?

The neon is not only hella fast down low, its a fucking beast up high. Its top end power when modded reminds me of a mini modded supra. I have seen a 600 hp one on the srt forums that ran high 10's or some shit like that.
