I think we had a similiar thread awhile ago but can't remember.
- All cars are fully loaded
- Imagine all cars are the same price (wondering which one will finish if all cars are considered on equal ground)

Out of the ones listed: 545i!!! But that's strictly for its pure sports sedan nature. (I hope the rumors of a 550i are true.)
All other things considered, I'd go with the M45. ....not enough performance in the RL to even consider it a sports sedan.

All are good choices I think but since the poll was "sport" sedan then I had to go with the 545. I love the new GS430. I think all, with the exception of the STS, are good looking cars but some, as stated above by a few, are more lux than sport (A6, RL, E500).
My brother just got a new RL (added the spoiler/wood wheel), loves it..........considered the GS430, doesn't like the M.
But in the end decided to go AWD.
I love the Cadillac STS, but unless it was a V wouldn't buy it.
Would pass on the 545 because I "hate" Idrive.
For me, A6 4.2 S-Line.

The germans would not sit by with the other companies passing them in hp.
If the new E550 comes out anywhere near how it sounds, I would take that. It would be the most lux model with the 2nd most hp (behind the Jag). As it stands now, I'll stick with the Jag. The M45 is a great car for the money but if you put it on equal footing with the Jag, it doesn't look as good to me anymore.
well it depends if this was a "fun car" or a "daily driver" and how long i was planning on keeping the car.
I wasn't gonna keep the car long:
I'm gonna be abnormal
-Jag S type R. I love the styling on the S type. Plus a sedan that almost runs with a E55 AMG
Only downfall to Jags i've heard is electrical problems when they get older.
If I was planning on keeping the car awhile:
-probably an RL with A spec package. I think the RL would last longer than a BMW or Caddy because i think Acura puts better parts into their cars. BMW makes a car that's awesome to drive don't get me wrong. but A LOT of electrical problems.
yes with the TL,CL and V-6 Accord we had tranny problems but I feel that been addressed and fixed. I don't think BMW has fixed their electric problems.
