socal drivers - tire question all season vs summer

Question for all the socal residents (and neighbors):

What kind of tires do you have all season or summer? I've lived in NY all my life and all season tires would be the answer there, but now that I live in socal im wonder whether the weather should be a factor, and I should forgoe all season tires for high performance summer tires.

your appreciated

i'm using summer tires......

but i looked for a pair that has decent wet traction, just cause i had a few "mishaps" in the rain.

Former SoCal resident. If you're never planning on going skiing in the mountain during the winter (or will have another means of transportation for that), then summer only tires will suit you just fine.

When I had the CL I strictly ran Falken Azenis Tires. So, Summer.

No need for all season, get all the grip you can, all year round.
