Thanks for the assistance, a local dealer gave me a deal that I couldn't pass up.

After some stupidity on my end and filing stuff down, I got the bumper and hitch installed and reverse lights wired.
Then I painted the muffler since it was sticking out like a sore thumb

One of my favorite overall 4-wheeler builds. Clean, functional, and practical.
At this point I'd be really surprised if you got something that I wasn't a fan of.

rustoleum high heat spray paint
Powdercoated the bumper. Found a great shop nearby that did it in one business day for cheap too. Matched the textured PC on the front bumper
I kinda like the OME yellow shocks... that's what they're known for.

This has been my other weekend project. Wiring and mounting 2 sets of Hellas 500FFs driving lights.
Hopefully I can finish the wiring tomorrow. I have black stone shields on back order, but, they won't be here until around Thanksgiving, so I'm rocking the white ones that came with the lights. Still getting used to the look... I'd love to get some Rigid Industries led aux lights/bars, but those things are pretty darn expensive. Since VA laws don't allow me to turn these aux lights on the roads, I can't justify the money for led lights.
Going to hit up a couple trails next weekend. I'll post more pics after the fun.

Supposedly one of the trails that we're hitting up next weekend is cover with 2.5 feet of snow and lots of downed trees from Sandy.
ACE and Poison Spyder are/just came out with some new narrow and wide fenders. Might pull the trigger on the ACE, pretty good deal for a set that are already powder coated, lifetime warranty, and will VA street legal.

Between this thread and nspec's Raptor thread, I really want my next vehicle to be offroad capable.

Makes me wish I could have afforded to keep my pathfinder and just trick it out to a full off roader.
Or afford to get the new anniversary edition rubicon

My line manager (who was out of town) needed me to take his Rubicon to his girlfriend. That thing made my 12 MDX seem like a girly car.
Although the new GC Hemi or SRT8 is likely the only Jeep I'd have interest in, the Wrangler definitely seems to have a tremendous following.

In the process of upgrading my lights.
Changed out my Hellas on my bull bar for a 10" led light bar spot/flood pattern
2400 lumens!
The stock headlights on the wranglers are god awful. Ended up getting some Deltas H4 halgon lights:
Comparison (stock on the right)
I'm getting a couple of LED spot lights to replace the Hellas by my windshield. 2000 lumens each. They're on paper the same as the LEDs from Rigid Industries.
Also... but looking at moving up to a 2.5" lift. Probably not 35" tires because that'll require regearing and much more money that I don't want to spend right now

Are you still waiting on the black Hella light covers to come in?
